Question 1

How many practice scenarios can I run?

Accepted Answer

Repetition is the key to mastery. We've removed the limits—you have unlimited access to our scenario library to sharpen your edge and build muscle memory.

Question 2

What's the difference between the Execution Engine, Shadow Coach, and Live Coach?

Accepted Answer

The Execution Engine is roleplay practice against AI characters, with live 1–5 scoring on every response. Shadow Coach analyzes transcripts from your real meetings to find blind spots after the fact. Live Coach is real-time voice coaching for when a hard conversation is happening right now. Most people use all three at different stages: practice in the Engine, review real meetings with Shadow Coach, lean on Live Coach in the moment.

Question 3

What AI model powers Get Savvy?

Accepted Answer

Get Savvy runs on Google Gemini, tuned to the CreateOne leadership framework.

Question 4

Can my boss see my private coaching sessions?

Accepted Answer

No. Individual chats with the Shadow Coach remain 100% private. OrgAdmins only see high-level team activity and progress metrics.

Question 5

What are Get Savvy Organizations?

Accepted Answer

Organizations are for teams that want to scale their coaching. They allow OrgAdmins to manage seats, invite members, and access a shared Private Knowledge library.

Question 6

How do 'Private Knowledge Vaults' work?

Accepted Answer

When an OrgAdmin uploads a resource, it is tagged to that specific Organization and is only visible to your team. It is never used to train AI models.

Question 7

What can an OrgAdmin actually see about their team?

Accepted Answer

High-level activity and progress metrics only — who's practicing, how often, and aggregate competency scores. OrgAdmins never see the content of an individual's private coaching sessions.

Question 8

Why isn't enterprise pricing published?

Accepted Answer

Individual plans start at $59/month (CoPilot) and $149/month (Leadership Accelerator), so you can see exactly what those look like today. Enterprise pricing is scoped to team size, security requirements, and rollout, which is why we quote it directly rather than publish a flat rate that wouldn't fit most organisations. Get in touch and we'll walk through pricing for your team.

Question 9

What security and privacy protections does Get Savvy provide for enterprise teams?

Accepted Answer

Get Savvy is built with security and privacy in mind: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each organisation's data is separated by access controls, and your data is never used to train AI models. Enterprise teams can also ask for single sign-on (SAML) and a zero-retention mode for meeting analyses.

Question 10

What support and team management come with a team or enterprise plan?

Accepted Answer

Team plans include a dedicated Customer Success Manager, structured onboarding, and defined SLAs, plus team-level admin controls, team analytics, and data downloads so leaders can track progress across their whole group, not just their own sessions.

Question 11

What difficult conversation scenarios does Get Savvy support for managers?

Accepted Answer

Get Savvy's coaching is guardrailed within the 12 leadership competencies that determine whether a manager thrives or stalls, covering scenarios like preparing for a performance conversation, giving difficult feedback without damaging trust, managing underperformance, handling team conflict, delegating and holding people accountable, and coaching a new manager before a high-stakes meeting. Each session adapts to your DISC and LinkedIn profile from the very first conversation, and closes with a downloadable action plan.

Question 12

How does CreateOne's leadership development background shape Get Savvy's approach?

Accepted Answer

Get Savvy is built by CreateOne, a leadership development company founded in 2004. Two decades of training real managers inside real organisations shaped the 12 competencies and scenario library Get Savvy coaches against today — an experienced methodology, delivered through a new AI-first format, not a leadership app built from scratch.

Question 13

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never shared or sold. Enterprise teams can also ask for single sign-on through SAML (for example Okta or Microsoft Entra ID) for centralized access control.

Question 14

Is my data used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Your coaching conversations, meeting transcripts, and Knowledge Vault content are never used to train AI models — global or otherwise. This applies on both individual and Organization plans. Enterprise teams can also switch on zero-retention mode, where Shadow Coach analyses are shown once and are not saved on our servers.

Question 15

How does Get Savvy handle privacy and data protection?

Accepted Answer

Get Savvy is built around the Australian Privacy Principles, with data export and account deletion tools built in on every plan. Enterprise teams with procurement requirements, such as a security questionnaire, can work directly with our team.

Question 16

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can try a scenario in the Execution Engine free, no credit card required. Full plan details are on the pricing page.

Question 17

Can we pilot Get Savvy with a small group before rolling it out to the whole team?

Accepted Answer

Yes — ask us about a risk-free 30-day pilot for your first 5 managers. It's the fastest way to see real coaching sessions, action plans, and Team Analytics data before deciding on a wider rollout.

Question 18

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel anytime from your account settings on individual plans, and your access continues until the end of your billing period — you won't be charged again. Team and Enterprise plans follow the terms of your service agreement; reach out to your Customer Success Manager or hello@get-savvy.ai.

Question 19

Can I switch plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes — email hello@get-savvy.ai and we'll help you move to the plan that fits, whether that's upgrading to Leadership Accelerator or moving to a Team or Enterprise plan for your organisation.
