Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your coaching conversations, meeting transcripts, and Knowledge Vault content are never used to train AI models — global or otherwise. This applies on both individual and Organization plans. Shadow Coach transcripts specifically are analyzed for behavioral insight and then instantly purged — never stored, never retained.
