Managing Director and Founder
David Burgess founded CreateOne in 2004 and has led it ever since as Managing Director. David is a Master Trainer in Extended DISC, and holds further Master Trainer credentials through The Drucker Institute at Claremont Graduate University and The John Maxwell Company. Before moving into people development, he spent two decades in senior operations and supply chain roles, including at Unilever and George Weston Foods, experience that still shapes how CreateOne approaches the practical, commercial side of leadership.
